The 2019 Legislature directed the Law Enforcement Officers’ and Fire Fighters’ Plan 2 Retirement Board to study the tax, legal, fiscal, policy, and administrative issues related to allowing tribal law enforcement officers to become members of LEOFF Plan 2.
The study was completed and approved by the Board on December 18, 2019.
